3 Mistakes Leaders shouldn’t do


1. Using position for own benefits.  A good leader would work with their team, with sharing vision and value to achieve the company goal . A leader who do not have clear conpany vision would dont know what happening on their team and always fault their team to have reward and award, they will certainly lost the respect.

2. One-way communication. A good leader will always listen, motivate and encourage their team. The word “Silence is Gold” is great for observing problems and not solving problems. When a problem occurs A good leader must stand on the front line, not just silent and show agree to supperior even if it is wrong.

3. There is no edification in teamwork. A good leader will always reward every success made by the team. In a solid team there is a good working atmosphere where everyone respects each other by giving each other a good edification, no one has the motivation to become a hero. A strong company where there is edification to each other both on internal or external communication.
